Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
At Auiator, responsible gaming is not a legal checkbox — it is a genuine part of how the platform is designed and operated. We believe that the best gaming experience is one where players stay in full control of their time and money, enjoy the entertainment for what it is, and step back when they need to.
This page explains everything we provide to help you do exactly that. From deposit limits and session reminders to cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion, the tools are here for you — and they are designed to be quick and easy to access from within your account settings, any time of the day or night.
We also want to be honest: online gaming — whether it is betting on cricket, Pakistan Super League matches or T20 internationals, playing slots or fish games — carries a real risk of becoming problematic for some players. The information on this page is here to help you recognise if that is happening, and to give you a clear path forward if it is.
Gaming Is Entertainment — Not a Source of Income
This point is worth saying clearly because it gets lost sometimes in the excitement of a big PSL match or a hot winning streak on slots: gaming on Auiator is a form of entertainment. Like going to a cinema or watching a live cricket match, it costs money and the outcome is never guaranteed.
Healthy gaming looks like this:
- You set a PKR budget before you start — and you stick to it regardless of whether you are winning or losing
- You play for the enjoyment of the game, not to recover losses from a previous session
- You take regular breaks and do not let a session drag on for hours at a stretch
- Your gaming does not affect your relationships, work, sleep or financial commitments
- You are comfortable stopping at any point without feeling compelled to continue
If any of these descriptions do not match your current relationship with gaming, the tools and information below are specifically for you — and there is absolutely no shame in using them.
Recognising the Warning Signs
Problem gaming does not always look dramatic. It often starts quietly — a slightly longer session here, a slightly larger deposit there. The following warning signs are worth being honest with yourself about:
Spending more PKR on gaming than you originally planned, or depositing again after you said you would stop for the day
Chasing losses — continuing to play or increasing your bets in order to win back money you have already lost
Thinking about gaming frequently when you are not playing — during work, family time or while trying to sleep
Hiding your gaming activity from family or friends, or feeling uncomfortable if someone asks about it
Borrowing money, delaying bill payments or making other financial sacrifices to fund gaming deposits
Feeling anxious, irritable or restless when you have not gamed for a while, or when you try to cut down
Gaming to escape stress, loneliness or other difficult feelings rather than for entertainment
If two or more of these feel familiar, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or at minimum set strict deposit and session limits through your account settings. These tools work immediately — no waiting period, no support ticket required.
Quick Self-Assessment
Answer these questions honestly. There are no right or wrong answers — this is purely for your own awareness.
- In the last month, have you spent more on gaming than you set out to?
- Have you ever tried to win back money you lost by playing more?
- Has gaming caused any tension with family, friends or at work?
- Have you ever felt guilty or uncomfortable after a gaming session?
- Have you ever used money meant for household expenses, bills or savings to fund gaming?
- Do you find it difficult to stop once you have started a session?
If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, that is useful information. It does not mean you have a serious problem — but it does mean your current patterns are worth reviewing. Start with a deposit limit or a cooling-off period, and see how that feels.
Your Responsible Gaming Tools on Auiator
Every registered Auiator player has access to the following tools through their account settings. They are free, immediate and do not require any support interaction to activate.
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Limits can be reduced instantly; increases take a cooling-off period to take effect.
Session Time Reminders
Set a reminder to appear after a certain number of minutes or hours of continuous play. When the reminder appears, you can choose to continue or end your session — the choice stays with you, but the prompt is there.
Cooling-Off Period
Temporarily restrict your own account for a defined period — 24 hours, 48 hours, one week or one month. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or deposit. This is useful when you feel you need a short break without committing to full exclusion.
Self-Exclusion
Permanently close your Auiator account. Self-exclusion is a serious step and it is not easily reversed — it is designed for players who have decided they need to stop entirely. Available directly in your account settings without needing to contact support.
Loss Limits
Set a maximum amount of PKR you are willing to lose in a day, week or month. Once that threshold is reached, no further bets or games are accepted until the period resets. Helps protect your bankroll during a losing streak.
Activity History
View your full betting and deposit history, session durations and total amounts wagered and lost over any period. Seeing the numbers clearly is often the most effective prompt to reassess your habits.
How to Set Your Limits — Step by Step
Setting a responsible gaming limit on Auiator takes under two minutes. Here is exactly how to do it:
Log in to your Auiator account
Use your registered email and password at auiator.app/login. If you have not registered yet, create your account here — limits can be set immediately after registration.
Open Account Settings
Click your username or profile icon at the top right of the screen. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Responsible Gaming
Inside Account Settings, find the "Responsible Gaming" section. All available tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion — are grouped here in one place.
Choose your tool and set your values
Select the tool you want to use. Enter your limit amount in PKR or your preferred time duration. The interface will show you your current usage against any existing limits for easy reference.
Confirm — limits activate immediately
Confirm your selection. Deposit and loss limits, session reminders and cooling-off periods take effect straight away. Note: decreasing a limit is always instant; increasing an existing limit has a mandatory review period before it takes effect.
Self-Exclusion — When You Need a Full Stop
Self-exclusion is the strongest tool available. When you self-exclude on Auiator, your account is permanently closed. You will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets or access any games. Any active bonuses are voided. Your account balance at the time of exclusion is handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Self-exclusion is designed to be a firm, lasting decision — not something you undo after a rough day. For that reason, reinstatement requests are not processed quickly and require a defined waiting period.
If you are at the point where you feel self-exclusion is the right step, we respect that decision and we make it easy to action. Go to Account Settings, open the Responsible Gaming section, and select Self-Exclusion. It takes effect immediately.
Protecting Under-18 Players
Auiator does not accept players under the age of 18. Age is verified at registration and again before withdrawals are processed. Accounts found to belong to under-18 users are closed immediately, with all activity voided.
If you share a device with younger family members, we recommend using device-level parental controls and ensuring your Auiator login credentials are not stored or accessible on shared devices. Do not share your account details with anyone — particularly minors.
If you believe a minor has accessed or created an Auiator account, contact our support team immediately through the live chat in your account dashboard. We treat underage access reports as high priority and investigate promptly.
