1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Auiator ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet or using any feature of the Auiator platform — whether through the website at auiator.app or through the Auiator mobile app — you accept these Terms in full.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between Auiator and you as a player. If there is a conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.
Auiator reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for checking this page periodically for changes.
2. Eligibility
To register and use the Auiator platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Auiator does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the platform as an individual for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an Auiator employee in a role with access to platform operations.
- You must be registering with your own accurate personal information — not on behalf of another person.
Auiator may request age and identity verification at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited and details may be referred to appropriate authorities. There are no exceptions to the age requirement.
Auiator does not make any representation as to the legality of online gaming in your specific location. It is your responsibility to understand the laws that apply to you.
3. Your Account
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Auiator. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances being reviewed.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and any payment details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Auiator will never ask for your password via email or support chat. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Auiator support immediately via the contact details in Section 13.
3.4 Account Verification
Auiator may request documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard requirement across all reputable gaming platforms and is not specific to individual players. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.
4. Deposits and Payments
All transactions on Auiator are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on the platform and no exchange rate markup applied to any transaction.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
Auiator currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:
- JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed promptly
- Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed promptly
- Raast — direct bank-to-bank transfer via Pakistan's instant payment system
- Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer in PKR

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Auiator reserves the right to adjust supported payment methods, limits and processing times without prior notice, though we will endeavour to communicate significant changes to players.
4.2 Deposit Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your Auiator account are legally yours and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. Auiator reserves the right to refuse, hold or reverse deposits it has reasonable grounds to consider suspicious.
4.3 Deposit Limits
Players may set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. These limits — daily, weekly or monthly — can be decreased at any time with immediate effect. Increases to existing limits take effect after a cooling-off period, which is designed to ensure the limit change is a considered decision rather than an impulsive one.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where operationally possible. Auiator does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or different payment methods without verification and written confirmation.
5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times
Processing times for withdrawals depend on your VIP tier and the payment method selected:
- Diamond VIP: Instant processing
- Platinum VIP: Same-day processing
- Gold VIP: Expedited processing (within 24 hours)
- Silver VIP: Priority queue (within 48 hours)
- Bronze VIP: Standard processing (up to 3 business days)
Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time depending on the receiving bank. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers at all tiers.
5.2 Withdrawal Verification
Auiator reserves the right to request identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending verification without this constituting a breach by Auiator. Accounts with unresolved verification requests will have withdrawals queued rather than cancelled unless the account is found to be in breach of these Terms.
6. Betting Rules
Auiator offers sports betting, casino games, slots, fish games and other gaming categories. The following rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by Auiator. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Auiator reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected match manipulation, technical errors in odds or irregular betting patterns.
6.2 Odds and Prices
Odds are displayed on the platform and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Auiator endeavours to display accurate odds at all times, but in the event of an obvious error in odds (such as a price that is clearly incorrect due to a technical fault), Auiator reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price.
6.3 Cricket and PSL Betting
Cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — is subject to the specific sporting rules applicable to each match format. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by weather, or settled differently to standard completion, Auiator will follow the cricket-specific settlement rules communicated on the sports betting section of the platform. Live betting markets are closed when the relevant phase of play is in progress; any bets accepted after the relevant outcome is already determined will be voided.
6.4 Casino and Games
Slots, fish games, live casino and all other casino-style games on Auiator are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game. The outcome of all games is determined by the game software and is not influenced by Auiator. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages where displayed are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
6.5 Bet Cancellation
Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number issued, bets cannot be cancelled by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available for that market. Auiator may cancel bets in the event of technical errors, market suspension or confirmed match integrity issues.
7. Bonuses and VIP Programme

7.1 VIP Enrolment and Points
All registered players are automatically enrolled in the VIP Programme from their first qualifying bet. VIP points accumulate automatically based on betting activity across all platform categories. Tier upgrades and associated benefits apply automatically when point thresholds are reached.
7.2 Cashback Terms
PKR cashback is calculated based on net losses within the qualifying period for each tier. Cashback is credited to your account balance and can be used for further betting or withdrawn subject to any minimum withdrawal threshold in place at the time. Cashback is not guaranteed and Auiator reserves the right to modify cashback rates, qualifying criteria or payment schedules with reasonable notice.
7.3 Promotions
From time to time Auiator will run specific promotions, including cricket and PSL season promotions. Each promotion will carry its own specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms apply to that promotion only.
8. Responsible Gaming
Auiator takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity in a healthy way. These tools are available to every registered player at all times through the account settings section.
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you deposit in PKR
- Session time reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration
- Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period
- Self-exclusion — permanently close your account if you feel you need to stop entirely

9. Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Auiator platform. Engaging in any of them is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity
- Providing false, misleading or someone else's personal information during registration or verification
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal or unlawful activity
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means, software exploit or collusion
- Abusing bonuses, promotions or VIP benefits through coordinated multi-account play or any other method not in the spirit of fair individual participation
- Placing bets on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your account
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
- Any activity that Auiator reasonably determines constitutes match fixing, insider information use or any other form of sports integrity violation
- Threatening, abusing or harassing Auiator support staff or other players
10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Suspension by Auiator
Auiator reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or prohibited activity has occurred, or that the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
During any investigation following suspension, funds held in the account will remain held and unavailable to the player. If the investigation concludes with no breach found, funds will be released promptly. If a breach is confirmed, Auiator may forfeit some or all of the account balance in proportion to the nature of the breach.
10.2 Closure by the Player
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting Auiator support. Before closure is confirmed, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome and any available balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the normal verification requirements. Self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools is also available immediately in your account settings without requiring support assistance.
11. Limitation of Liability
Auiator provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is operational, accurate and secure at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auiator's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the amount held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. Auiator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues or incorrect odds that have been voided in accordance with these Terms.
Auiator is not responsible for any third-party software, payment processing delays caused by payment providers, or external network conditions that affect platform performance or payment delivery times.
12. Changes to These Terms
Auiator may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal rules, VIP programme terms or prohibited activity definitions — we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through the platform or registered email address before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should close your account through the process described in Section 10.2 above.
The date shown at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last reviewed or updated. Auiator recommends players review this page periodically, particularly around the start of major cricket seasons when platform terms and promotional conditions may be updated.
